Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping from China. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are as follows:

• 3-5 business days to the United States (via FedEx, UPS, DHL)
• 3-5 business days to Canada (via DHL)
• 3-5 business days to Australia (via DHL)
• 5-8 business days to Europe (via TNT/GES)
• 4-7 business days to South Africa (via DHL)

Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your order. Changes to your address after shipping may incur additional fees. We cannot accept orders with a P.O. Box address or abbreviations in city names. We do not authorize delivery personnel to leave packages unattended at your door. Your shipment will be processed once payment clears. To avoid customs fees, the package will be labeled as containing “Synthetic Hair.” We only offer delivery within the U.S., excluding Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

Damage and Issues

Inspect your package immediately upon receipt for any missing, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged package, do not accept it and ask the shipper to return it to the sender. If damage occurs while the package is with you, please contact us within 15 business days to prevent being charged for return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims for such must be made directly with the shipping company.

Stock Availability

We generally ship orders within two days of receiving payment. However, if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship your order as soon as it becomes available.

Please be aware that severe weather or holidays may impact shipping times.

Payment Methods

If you have a PayPal account, you can complete your payment directly via PayPal. We accept all currencies. You may also pay via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Upon selecting your preferred card, you will be redirected to PayPal’s payment page to complete the process.

Please do not use e-checks for payment. Orders using e-checks will not be processed until payment is cleared, which may take 4-5 days.

Tax Information

In rare cases, customs fees may be charged by your government. These fees are not controlled by us and will be your responsibility. For further details, please contact your local customs office.
