Possible Disputes and Solutions:

  1. Item Not Received:
    If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us immediately for assistance.

  2. Delivery In Progress:
    If your package is still in transit, please allow for the expected delivery time. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

  3. Parcel Seized by Customs:
    It is the buyer's responsibility to handle customs clearance. If your parcel is seized by customs, please contact the customs office to retrieve your package. If you need any supporting documents (e.g., an invoice), feel free to contact us.

  4. Shipment Stagnation:
    If the tracking status of your parcel has remained stagnant for an extended period, we recommend contacting your local DHL office to investigate. Simultaneously, we will work with our shipping partner to determine the cause of the delay. Stay in touch with us, and we will keep you updated.

  5. Unsuccessful Delivery:

    • If the parcel is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we are not responsible for any loss.
    • If the parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address by the shipping company, we will either resend the item or offer a refund.
  6. Item Not as Described:
    Please open your parcel immediately upon arrival. If the item does not meet your expectations or is not as described, contact us within 15 days for a resolution.

30-Day Return Policy for Unused Items

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition.

  • Quality Issues: If the return is due to a product defect or quality issue, Bundles of Roses will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Quality Issues: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Used Items: Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for used, altered, or worn items.

Returned Items Must Be in Original Condition:
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Hair must not be washed, conditioned, installed, colored, or altered.
  • The tie must remain uncut, and the hang tag should still be attached.

What does "original condition" mean?

✓ Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached, or worn.
✓ The packaging, tie, and hang tag must remain intact.

How to Return an Item:

Before returning any items, please contact us at cobykristie12@gmail.com to obtain the return authorization and address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once authorized, please include the following details:

  • Your email address
  • Your order number
  • The return authorization number we provide

Once we receive the returned package and inspect the item, we will process your refund, which will be automatically applied to your original payment account.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or quality issue), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s error (e.g., change of mind, wrong item or size ordered), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
